We sit down with you to discuss what your story is, who your target audience is, and what the best video type is to tell your story in an intriguing way.

Phase 1 – Pre-Production

Project Management Site Set-up

Once a contract has been signed, our project management site is the hub for all communication during the production of your videos.

Creative Concept and Script/Storyboard Development

The creative feel of your video is very important. We develop the creative concept and a script and/or storyboard as the framework for the production of your videos.

Casting and Scouting Location

Having the right people filmed in the right location is important to tell your story successfully. We help identify those individuals and locations before the camera turns on.

Production Schedule

You want to begin utilizing your videos in a timely manner. Our production schedule will keep everybody on task to get your story in front of your target audience on time and on budget.

Phase 2 – Production

Lights. Camera. Action.

Our production teams will record your videos in high-definition video. With professional lighting and audio, video never looked nor sounded so good.

Phase 3 – Post-Production

Editing

With our Final Cut Studio suites and skilled editors, your videos will come to life, telling your story in an intriguing and entertaining manner.

Review and Approval

In order to meet project requirements, we go through a review and approval process with you. After each cut you will be able to provide feedback and edits to our professional team of editors. Our editors will make the changes for your approval.

Phase 4 – Delivery

Raw Footage to Customer

As an option, you can add to your order a portable hard drive that we give to you loaded with all of the raw footage, including audio and video files. We archive footage for only one year; so, this gives you an option to archive the raw footage at your facility for as long as you want.

Formats: Encoding/Trans-coding

Based on your video project’s requirements, we can encode your video for use on the Internets, published to DVD and Blu-Ray, encode your videos for mobile devices, as well as for television broadcast.

Hand-off

Once you have signed off on the videos, we provide you with all of the proper formats according to your project’s specifications. With your professionally produced high-definition videos, you’re not ready to tell your story to the world.
